In this work, healing is not depicted as a destination, but as a quiet, golden endurance. The gold leaf bleeding down the centre of the face acts as a kintsugi-like repair, suggesting that the cracks in our spirit are exactly where the light and the value reside.
This piece serves as a visual meditative tool, inviting the viewer to sit with their own “submerged” emotions and recognise the divinity in their survival. It is a testament to the beauty of the restorative process - silent, deep, and ultimately transformative.

This evocative work explores the intersection of traditional religious iconography and the contemporary surrealism. While the figure appears fragile, the multitude of eyes suggests a hidden power and a constant state of observation. This work challenges the viewer to reconsider what it means to be watched, and what it means to truly see.

This striking triad reimagines the ancient Japanese proverb of the Three Wise Monkeys - Mizaru, Kikazaru, and Iwazaru - through a lens of dark pop surrealism and Victorian mourning aesthetics.
Replacing the classic three monkeys with doll-like figures shifts the focus from a lesson on self-control to a more haunting commentary on the fragility of innocence and the price of sensory isolation.

At its core, this piece explores the subversion of the feminine gaze. The traditional symbol of the rose - historically representative of fleeting beauty and romance - is transformed into a literal organ of surveillance. By embedding eyes within the blooms, I created a sense of omnipotence and protection, suggesting that the subject is not merely being watched, but is herself the watchful guardian of the glowing green elixir she holds.

This work is a haunting exploration of the liminal space between childhood dreams and nightmares. By marrying the delicate frills of Victorian portraiture with the unsettling gaze of the supernatural, I’m inviting the viewer into a secluded, luminous forest where the laws of gravity and biology are suspended by a silent, whimsical enchantment.
